Who Was Kieran Burke?
Kieran Burke was an Irish national from Rathfarnham, Dublin, visiting California on a two‑week holiday in April 2000. During his trip, he travelled to Yosemite National Park, where he had reserved a motel room from April 4th–6th.
He was last seen on Wednesday, April 5th, 2000, in Yosemite Valley, specifically at Curry Village.
His rental car remained in the Curry Village parking lot for several days before being recovered.
At the time he vanished, Kieran was reportedly wearing a leather bomber jacket—not exactly hiking attire.
